Little things:
I was kinda expecting that today was going to be another stay home sick day, but I only felt mildly feverish this morning, so it was off to the races.
Not one of those days that I love my job. Or even like my job. Or my coworkers. Aaaand then I get the email that they have launched the biannual employee survey. I graciously decided not to take it while I had a huge stick up my butt.
Hung out in the car waiting for Husband so I didn't have to hang around with the jerks at work. I wish I had decided to nap instead of reading my textbook; the wind was doing an excellent job of rocking the car. Download a lullaby on my phone, and I would be set...
Got home and decided now would be an excellent time to build a bookshelf and wash hallway walls.
We were going to do some kind of lazy ground beef + veggies in a pan for dinner last night, but the sick feelings took over, so we tossed a pizza in the oven instead of going to the store for meats. And then Husband realized we didn't have enough milk for today's coffee, and had to go to the store anyway... so he picked up pork chops.
Sooo.... when we both feel kinda crappy and have potentially been going for too long... braised pork chops and veggies for dinner!!
And then I made bad life choices on the internet, and now it is time to go to bed and not think about necrosis.
